HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND BUKU?
PLEASE NOTE THAT BUKU IS 17+ ADMISSION ONLY WITH ID CHECKED AT THE GATE! No valid ID = No Entrance. You must be 17 or older with valid ID at the time of your entrance to the festival to enter.
WHAT TICKET OPTIONS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE?
General Admission 2-Day, GA Plus 2-Day, VIP 2-Day, VIP 21+ 2-Day, and TOO BUKU VIP. Travel Packages are also available for all ticket types.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A SINGLE DAY TICKET?
Single day passes may or may not become available as we get closer to the festival.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes! BUKU offers payment plans for all ticket types. By selecting "EZ Pay" at checkout you will be able to split your purchase into 3 easy payments. Please note an additional $6 Payment Plan Processing Fee will be charged on top of standard service fees. Our BUKU Music + Art Project Payment Plan allows the customer the flexibility to pay for their order via the installment payment plan. The ticket purchaser that utilizes the payment plan ("Purchaser") agrees that their credit card will be charged in installments ("Installments") once a month for a maximum of 3 months (including initial payment) until their order is paid in full. The number of payments will be proportionate with the number of months remaining in the payment terms. For BUKU that term runs from September 13, 2019 – February 16, 2019. The Purchaser will receive an email confirmation each time their credit card is charged. At the time the final payment is made, their order will be available for shipment. The Purchaser further understands that they can, at any time, pay for the order in full. The date of the month that the payment is made is equal to the day of the month in which the initial deposit was made. Please note that there is a $6 additional processing fee for the payment plan option. If a payment is not made in full within 10 days after the initial charge, your order WILL BE CANCELLED, and we will refund all money you have paid less a cancellation charge of $50 and less the $6 payment plan processing fee.
CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE GATE?
It is very likely that BUKU will be sold out before the days of the festival. We encourage all fans to purchase their tickets now!

AM I ALLOWED TO EXIT AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?
No re-entry for GA and GA+ pass holders – once you exit the festival you will not be permitted to re-enter. There is unlimited re-entry for VIP, VIP 21+ and TOO BUKU VIP pass holders – you will be required to scan your wristband while exiting the festival and be subject to search upon re-entry
CAN I UPGRADE MY PASSES TO VIP OR TOO BUKU VIP?

to inquire about upgrading from General Admission to VIP or TOO BUKU VIP Pass.
WHEN WILL I GET MY BUKU WRISTBAND?
Please allow until mid-March 2019 for your wristband(s) to arrive.
HOW DOES MY WRISTBAND WORK?
Attached to each wristband is an encrypted RFID chip that acts as your ticket. Upon arrival to the festival, patrons will be required to scan their wristband against an RFID scanning device to validate entry. You will be required to register your wristband before entering the festival. This will activate the RFID chip and associate personal information with it.
MY WRISTBAND JUST CAME IN THE MAIL! CAN I PUT IT ON NOW?
NO! Please do not put your wristband on until you’re ready to enter the festival! You may damage it or become uncomfortable.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?
Upon receiving the wristband, it is mandatory that you register it via the instructions listed in your package.
WHAT DOES REGISTERING GET ME?
Registering your wristband protects your purchase and automatically enters you to win cool prizes at the festival like VIP Upgrades, Meet & Greets, tickets to BUKU 2019 and more!
WHAT IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND?
Lost, stolen, tampered with and/or confiscated wristbands will not be replaced. Be very careful not to lose or forget your wristband.
WHAT IS YOUR WRISTBAND POLICY?
- Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the festival and at all times during the festival (including the times between days). Please do not remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Only wristbands purchased through us are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on your wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by festival security staff.
- If your wristband is removed by festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.
- All wristband holders must pass through security and are subject to a security inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.
- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REPLACEABLE.

AFTER I PURCHASED MY ORDER I NOTICED THAT MY CARD HAS BEEN BILLED $1.00?
This "Authorization" is a temporary charge to your account to establish if the account is valid and contains sufficient funds for your purchase order. This $1.00 charge "falls off" your account and is NOT an extra fee.
I PURCHASED MY TICKET BUT WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, IT WON'T LET ME IN?
In most cases such as this, it is likely you haven't received your order confirmation. One reason may be the email address was entered incorrectly during initial account setup. I'M NOT SURE IF AN ORDER I PLACED PROCESSED? I'M AFRAID THERE MIGHT BE DUPLICATE ORDERS?
There is a simple way to know if you have placed an order; if you have gotten an "order number" or your browser directed you to an order confirmation page, then you have placed an order that has gone through. If you are still not sure, please call Festival Ticketing Purchase Support at 855-427-1943 and they will be able to verify this for you.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER RESHIPPED?
No, orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances. If you do not receive your wristbands by the week of the festival, please call Festival Ticketing Purchase Support at 855-427-1943 to have your order reissued to will call. Please note the original purchaser must pick up passes at will call.

WHAT CAN'T I BRING TO, OR DO, AT BUKU?
You and your belongings will be searched upon entry and all patrons are subject to re-search while on festival property. Seriously, please respect the festival and your fellow fans! If you violate any of these guidelines, we have the right to refuse entry, kick you out without refund, confiscate prohibited items and alert the authorities.
